1. Acceptable use

You agree to use MyRetireHub for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site, reverse-engineer any part of the tooling, overload our servers, or use the site in any way that damages or impairs access for other users. You may use the calculators and read the guides as much as you like — that is what they are for.

2. An informational tool, not financial advice

MyRetireHub provides calculations and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The outputs of our calculators depend on assumptions you provide and assumptions we state; they are estimates, not personalised guidance. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on them.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

We work to keep figures and descriptions accurate and note obvious corrections when they are reported. However, we make no representation or warranty that the site, the calculators, or the guides are error-free, current, or suited to your specific circumstances. Mathematical output is presented "as is" and you should verify anything important in your own calculations.

4. Intellectual property

The MyRetireHub name, logo, written guides, and site structure are the intellectual property of MyRetireHub. You may share and link to the guides, and quote from them with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content, pass the material off as your own, or use the MyRetireHub name and logo in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission.

5. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRetireHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including any financial loss that you attribute to calculator output or content. Because the tool is provided free and for general information, our total liability in connection with your use of the site is, to the maximum extent legally permitted, limited to the amount you paid for the site, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
