How quickly we respond
We aim to reply to genuine questions within a few business days. Messages that need research — anything that touches the math behind an article or tool output — may take longer, because we would rather give you a checked answer than a fast one. If your question is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
Corrections and advertising
We take factual accuracy seriously. If you spot an error in any article or a calculation that does not add up, please tell us and we will fix it and note the correction. For advertising and partnership enquiries, email the same address with "Advertising" in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
What we cannot do
We are a tool and a publisher, not a financial adviser. We cannot give you personal retirement advice or recommend specific investments, and we will not pretend to. We can explain the math, point you to the assumptions behind it, and help you formulate better questions for a qualified professional.
